Hi,
I am trying to get Horde installed on a server here and running
their test.php3 page produces the following results:
PHPLIB (is page_open() defined): No
Where do I ensure that this is defined?
magic_quotes_gpc set to Off: No
I have edited the php.ini file and ensured that magic_quotes_gpc
is set to off, then stopped and restarted my web server, but this still
appears. Any ideas?
