hi phplib users:
i've been using phplib for 6 months now without serious production
problems. however, i do get across some serious errors sometimes when i
have to re-compile php. I usually get the error of the like:
Invalid SQL: update active_sessions set val='Z3BzX1Nlc3Npb246...a very
long one...', changed='20001010193515' where sid='7c134a985a5....' and
name='gps_Session'
MySQL Error: 0 ()
Session halted.
When i encountered that error twice in the past after upgrading php, what
i did was just restore my mysql database from backup and everything went
fine. im not sure it was the right thing to do. but now, the trick doesnt
work. Im very concerned about this as we're using php on a production
server.
what causes the above error? how do i prevent it and correct it when it
happens?
thanks a lot for your help.
