Fix it, submit it - done!

Just complaining doesn't help anyone. Just be lucky and grateful that
some people offer such a fantastic piece of work for free.

If you discover a bug fix it and post your improvements to the
mailinglist, or even better put them on a website and ost the link
where to download them. If the people responsible for maintaining the
project think you did it right and it will further improve the use of
phplib be assured they will add it to the cvs tree sooner or later.
There might also be the chance that you can apply for cvs write acces.
I guess you have to talk to Kristian about that.
