[phplib] includes using .htaccess file From: Brett D. Estrade (estrabd <email protected>)

I know it is possible because I have seen someone explain it here
before, but how do I include the files for phplib that need so if I do
not have access to php config file? I know you use the .htaccess file,
but I am not sure what the code should look like. Thanks in advance.
