phpinfo() says that the mssql Extension is Enabled and running and I still
receive this error msg.
I have checked the php.ini file but I cannot figure out what is the problem.
My configuration is IIS under Win2000 and I'm trying to switch from php3 to
php4 using the phplib. Also I'm migrating from Access to MS-SQL...
PHP is configured to run as CGI. How can I install it as ISAPI? (is it
better?)
