[phplib] Question re getting phplib running under safe mode. From: Eric Naujock (naujocke <email protected>)

I am attempting to get my copy of phplib to run under safe mode. Configured using .htaccess files.

I can get the file to try to load but then it loads I get the following error.

Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 0 is not allowed to access
/websites/core/noencrypt/php/php/prepend.php3 owned by uid 500 in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Failed opening '/websites/core/noencrypt/php/php/prepend.php3' for inclusion
(include_path='/websites/core/php:/websites/core/php/php:/websites/core/ihtml:/websites/core/php/corecode') in Unknown on line 0

What does this mean or what am I doing wrong.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
