No... ;-) Wait for the final code. Still quite a lot will change.
Monitor the CVS (pages/form/*, php/form/*) to get a rough idea what will
be new. As far as the core form level is concerned there're just a few
new element types and the possibility to validate conditions. By help of
a userdefined conditional validation function you can handle tasks like
"if payment method is credid card, turn off bank account validation".

If I had time I would start to work on a XML bridge that allows you to
define your forms in XML and generate on the fly HTML, server-side and
client-side validation code from of it. If someone's intrested I could
send him the DTD and a demo XML file.
