Installation should be easy, just untar the phplib-7.2c.tar.zg into a
directory and make sure you get the <phplib_install_dir>/php/prepend.php3
file prepended to all of the files you need phplib access to.

This can be done through:
- direct editing of the php.ini file (which in a vhost environemtn you
probably won't have)

- setting the php3_auto_prepend flag in a .htaccess file in the directory
you wish to have phplib enabled content in (see the archive for details on
this because I never do this so I don't remember the specfics)

-simple include(/path/to/prepend.php3) in each file that requires phplib
access.
