CVS at NetUSE.  Preferred login name:  fred.

Is there any kind of bug-tracking tool for phplib itself?  All I see
at phplib.netuse.de is the 'TODO' file in CVS, which seems to be a
snapshot of some ColdFusion docs (huh???).  Some people like the
bug-tracking tool at SourceForge -- I haven't used it much myself --
so perhaps we could use that as the "simplest thing that could
possibly work".  Or we could set up jitterbug somewhere; I've done
that for some other small projects.
