[phplib] ie5.5 woes From: Horatio B. Bogbindero (wyy <email protected>)

i looked at the phplib.netuse.de showroom site and it works with ie5.5 so
that means that my problem is isolated. could i get the same code for that
site. particularly the local.inc of the site. i am trying to debug the
issue myself.

my site works for lynx, mozilla 0.8 and netscape 4.72...
