I can't speak directly to Win2k, but I've been successful using CVS on
WinNT, both as a native Win32 program and as a Cygwin program. I've
heard rumors that the CVS _client_ is solid on Win32, but not the CVS
_server_. And besides the command-line 'cvs' client, there's also the
'WinCVS' client.
That said, I plan to work on the PHPlib CVS using a Linux client,
because my PHPlib-based web applications are also maintained from Linux.
