Is the release the plan is to simply incorporate bugfixes or to add some

Since the base of the 7.2d is actually the 7.2c code (php-lib-stable), I suppose
it should be a bugfix release. If the new stuff to be added, I thought it would
be better to work on HEAD branch - the library needs some redesign,
and many things in this direction have been already done in the HEAD.
I personally do and would like to improve the current (php-lib)
branch. Guess it won't take long to clean up the mess there. So we
could release the long-awaited PHPLib 8.
