Before installing phplib, I am hoping to have a few questions answered:
- I'm running PHP/4.0.3pl1 on a Linux box with Apache/1.3.14. Is it recommended that also I install PHP3, or upgrade to the latest version of PHP4?
- If php4 is acceptable, do I only have to change the php.ini to recognize .php3 files to run phplib?
- My server is not virtually hosted, but I have numerous webs on it. Each web has their own cgi-bin. What is the appropriate installation method? Should I install phplib on each web account, or will just one install be ok?
