I'm putting out the "pre final" specs this week, and the code will follow.

There is a directory shell with some very preliminary code available from
http://www.binarycloud.com/download/ but, like I said, preliminary. The
final code for r2 core will most likely be available in a month. After that
the managers will be put in.

Actually I'm going to make the session class we're doing use native php4
functions, or you can use a subclass that uses phpLib sessions :)
