I'm assuming someone somewhere made a conscious decision _not_ to set the
reply-to of the list to the list address, but to the originator of the post?
I frequently miss replying to the list because I don't remember to "reply
all" and if I do hit "reply all" I have to remove the post originator so
they don't end up getting two copies of the message.
Of course, it would probably mean yet more list traffic, and that's probably
a good rationale for not setting it that someone thought up a long time ago
and I'm just talking into the foam on top of my beer.
