login_if() works only under specific conditions as stated in the docs ;-)

I tore my hair out when I tried to do

login_if(!$auth->have_perm(Admin));

I had assumed that if a person who does not have Admin perms visits
the page he will be shown the login form.

Well it does not work that way :-(
