Greetings all.

I've been tinkering with PHPLIB this weekend and am impressed by its
power and flexibility. I'm interested in extending it, but it doesn't
look like there has been much activity on the CVS trees. Does PHPLIB
have active developers? What is the procedure for submitting revisions
/ extensions?
