Kinda depends what your requirements are, but 2 I can personally recommend
are:

www.positive-internet.com
Great support, always upgrading to the latest versions, well priced packages
(from £250 pa), ssh , mysql/postgreSQL, Java etc etc

www.f2s.net
do free LAMP hosting (can be abit flakey some times though) and other paid
packages but I havent tried these.

Alternatively you could get your own RAQ4 or dedicated Linux box from
positive or someone like http://www.dedicated-servers.co.uk/
and upgrade as often as you like :)
