Hi Peter,
Force9 used to do a decent service for £25/year, but no CGI or PHP. However,
they're sister co, PlusNet, recently went absolutely menthol and started kicking
users, even charities! Hence I wouldn't trust them with a life-or-death Site,
but the deal was a good one.
