I put little web sites on a reseller account with webfusion. There's a 500
pound annual fee for resellers but after that it's only 25 pounds per
account, so if you are hosting lots of little sites it's good:

www.webfusion.co.uk

They have been reliable so far and come with PHP&MySQL.

More mission critical sites I host with Verio, who are not cheap for their
PHP/MySQL accounts and are not even on PHP4 yet but are very
reliable. I've never had one of their sites go down or bandwidth problems,
which is more important for big client sites than saving a few pounds.
