Tim,

I use Adgrafix (US) and they have a European presence: servers in the UK and
representatives in a number of countries.

I am an Adgrafix affiliate, so I make a small commission on any sales. But I am
not a salesman, so I don't make my living from these sales.

I'm a web programmer and have found the Adgrafix service to be very
satisfactory. I use their Unix virtual servers (but they provide Linux,
dedicated ones, as well) which includes an Apache web server, PHP, and MySQL. I
have found that, to the extent of my ability, I can use the servers pretty much
as if it were my own, in my own office. And they are very quick to respond to
questions. Always a human response within one hour. And if that person's
technical expertise is not sufficient, they will quickly refer the issue to
someone who does have the necessary expertise.
