What browser (name / version / platform) are they using?
Have they tried other browsers and this still happens?
Are they behind a proxy server?
Are they *sure* they're not behind some kind of transparent proxy enabled
at their router?
What version of phplib are you using? (7.2c, is most current and most
stable)
Wht do your logs say?
Do you log this particular php-app using php's logging? If not, try
setting it up and watch the php-logs for a few days...
