I can answer to phpBugTracker, since I'm the author. :) Development slowed dramatically (you could say stopped) thanks to a delivery from a stork. I do have plans to continue to develop it, time permitting, and would be happy to work with anyone on improving it. To date there has been very little interest in it, but if there is some out there, I'll see if I can set more time aside for it.
