There is php app called Mantis in SourceForge which works a-oh-K. IMHO it's
not the best app ever written but it works out of the box.

Subject: [phplib] php bugtracker / helpdesk app?
Does anyone know of a good bugtracker or helpdesk management app in php?
RT looks good, but is way too compicated for my users (yes, they really do
need it spelled out for them.. I'm not being a BOFH here, they really
just don't get it.) Same with Keystone and IRM.
phpHelpDesk and mhd look ok, but they are not really useable and are hard
to cleanly extend.
I was looking at phpBugTracker, it's phplib based and uses templates
(Yah!) but devlopment seems to have stopped since January-ish. bugTracker
looks like it could be easily extended to what I need (certianly in terms
of inetgating with phpSlash).. Does anyone know if this project is still
being maintained?
Anyone got any other good bugtracker/helpdesk apps in php that maybe I
missed?

ps.. Yes, I knlow that a bugtracker and a helpdesk app are two diffrent
things, I really need something *simple* for my users right now to let me
know when things break. A bug tracker might be better that a full blown
helpdesk app in terms of having less options, etc....
