[phplib] Error: Non-existant class User From: Brant Smith (bsmith <email protected>)

Okay, here's the error I've hit. It's a brick wall;
I can't seem to get past it. What does this mean?
How can I debug this? What am I missing?

I'm trying to use the template engine only....no
auth, perm, sessions or even db connection (the
latter will come later).

Here's the error:
