Moving PHPLIB to SF will not save PHPLIB, comitting to it and
putting out a new release will. If you think you have to move
PHPLIB to another server for that, do it. But please coordinate
your efforts in order not to fork the project.
Myself, I am no longer working on PHPLIB for quite some time
now, and in fact am working less with PHP, too, as my demands
exceed the capabilities of PHP for the moment. At the moment I
am neck deep in a BEA Weblogic project...
