EXACTLY! I have never said that moving PHPLib to SourceForge will
instantly revive PHPLib, it's simply a handy set of tools (and
administrators :) to make our lives easier, which in turn *might* promote
more activity due to a better environment. Again, that's why this
Proposal asks people to step forward (as you have.. Thanks!). The point
is to get people working, commiting and using phplib again, with a
devlopment infrasturcture that can better handle a diverse set of coders.
Please let me make it clear that I *do not* intent to fork
PHPLib, the code will go wherever this group decides it to go. I am
simply trying to put PHPLib in a better place for the developers and
users.
