There is a hpplib coding style guide, it needs fleshing out and probably
some symbiosis with the PEAR coding style, as that is quickly become the
de-facto best practice for PHP coding.

I think that discussion will come soon enough. Right now I think the
pressing bug fixes are a more immeadiate concern and should be delt with
and released. After which we can talk about future stuff.
