Things distro'ed with php now and living in php4/pear CVS *must* be placed
under the PHP-2.02 licence, as a condition of being distro'ed with PHP.
This is *not* a restriction for things in the new /pear CVS respository to
which most of PEAR will be moving to. When that will finally happen, gods
only know.
