I have never thought that PEAR is empty.

I don't care about people who are restrictive (I have
CVS write access to PEAR repository). Martin Jansen
(one of the PEAR-DEV people) said that my template
conversion yesterday was a very good step and he is
supporting it. So you see, PEAR-DEV people aren't as
bad as you imagine they are.
