It _is_ a class library/repository with some classes
depending on each other.
If anybody wants to help with the PHPLIB -> PEAR
merge or with "convincing PEAR-DEV with current
issues" (i.e. integrating template.php to /pear
module, forcing pear.php.net web site etc.), please
write to bjoern <email protected> and ask for PEAR karma
at php.net
