Yes, the project is still there on Source Forge.. But at the time since the
pear folks decided that they did NOT want anything at all to do with PHPLib...
well, it kinda made the project useless. So I dropped it for other things.
IF this is something that is going to start back up... LMK and we can start
crankin on it.
