I didn't realise that they weren't using it any more. I like the QPL
because it doesn't allow forking, something I prefer because I want people
to contribute back to the original code base rather than take my code and
modify it. If they want to make a PHP-Nuke module out of my code then
fine, but the code has to be distributed as a patch, which means they
cannot pass the rest of the code off as their own, and also stops too many
competing projects occurring, as is happening with PHP-Nuke. PHP-Nuke is a
good example of why I believe the GPL is bad: too many (very) similar
projects using its code (Post-Nuke, phpWebSite, myPHP-Nuke etc) sharing too
few developers - think how it would develop if they all worked together
instead...

The QPL is a little more restrictive than I would like, but I cannot find
anything else which prevents forking.
