That sounds normal to me.

Anyway, make sure you're using the template.inc from the CVS:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/phplib/

If it still fails, send through samples of the input, your code
and the output (with debugging enabled).

You should also subscribe to the SourceForge mailing list,
because this list will probably be shut down before your
problem is resolved.
