hi, i'm looking for some help trying to query an oracle db.
i can connect to it, but i'm not entirely sure how to actually pull
information.
i know how to do it with mysql but the OCIBindByName and OCIFetch and
OCIParse and OCIExecute functions are confusing me.

can someone please shed some light on them for me?
