[PHP-DB] string literal too long From: omar cromwell mercado (ocmercado <email protected>)

Hi,
Im having problems inserting to a LONG or CLOB column
with a 4kb of bigger string. I get the following error
upon ociexecute()..

Warning: OCIStmtExecute: ORA-01704: string literal too
long in /www/htdocs/proc.php in line 45

Any idea how I can insert 4k strings? Im using oracle
8.1.6 with php's oci8 api. Thanks a lot..
