[PHP-DB] pdf on the fly From: Adv. Systems Design (asd_2000 <email protected>)

hello *:

I know that php has support for pdf built in, and I
have taken a look at resources on phpbuilder and the
PDFLib site...basically allowing you to create pdf
documents on the fly...interesting, but not very
compelling...

Is anyone using pdf in some interesting php
application?

What I am really looking to find out if it is possible
to have users upload docs (say, word, illustrator,
wordperfect, pagemaker) and have the server convert
them to pdf? Perhaps allow users to create pdf docs by
gathering form info?

any resources or links or ideas appreciated!
