Roberto is correct. I think this really sucks though. The Oracle install
requires x-windows. Personally, I hate to load x-windows on a production
server. That really just chaps my hide and I just thought I'd let everyone
know that.

You must have installed Oracle client.You can access almost (depend on
version) Oracle server.

No contraddiction: Oracle client connect to Oracle server via your network
