I am using Apache, PHP4 and MySQL 3.23 on NT and i cannot get php to
create a new database. If i create the database through the command
line PHP will not acces it. All the settings on PHP look OK. It has
worked in the past and I cannot understand why it is now not work.
Any suggestions greatfully received.
