[PHP-DEV] Releasing 4.0.3 From: Andi Gutmans (andi <email protected>)

Guys,

We want to release 4.0.3 in the middle or end of this week. So it's back to
code freeze time and please test the current tree on as many platforms as
you can. Also, checking out the bugs database for serious show stoppers
would be a good idea too.
We will also be releasing a new version of PHP 3.0.x so whoever still uses
that old beast can you give its CVS a try?
