Hi,

Now it's for real :) I repackaged and created RC2 due to a few fixes such
as dirname() problems, imap-ssl build problems, crash bug in parse_url()
and a couple of other minor things.

Please get it and test it at http://www.php.net/~andi/php-4.0.3RC2.tar.gz
Zak: Can you try and keep track of feedback and what platforms it has been
tested on?
