I can not reproduce this. Could you please include a shortest possible
reproducing script into this bug report?

when there are no messages in an INBOX, the error "Fatal error: Mailbox is empty in C:Program FilesApache GroupApachehtdocs/mail.php3 on line XX"
Adding the @ in front of imap_open does nothing. When there are messages this error does not apear.
