There was no way to tag it. By the time pl1 was released, there were TONS
of changes to the 4.0.3 source tree, that shouldn't have gone to the pl. I
took 4.0.3, patched the two crucial patches by hand, and repackaged.

I guess we could have branched away from 4.0.3 or something like that, but
I don't like working with branches too much.
