It's a nice idea and if we chose only to include the compiled in modules it
would probably be the way to go.
I don't see why, for example, the author of gd shouldn't get credit in the
PHP 4 credits page just because you didn't compile it in. It's in the PHP
4.0 source tree and it's part of the PHP 4.0 credits. Does credit depend on
if the user uses it or not?
I think it's a shame not to mention all extension modules that come with PHP.
