PHP Bug Type: Apache related
Bug description: apache UnsetEnv does not work, possibly effecting php scripts
a bug report was submitted to apache:
http://bugs.apache.org/index.cgi/full/7528
basically, the UnsetEnv directive in apache does not actually delete variables from the
environment.
a fix is included in the above bug report.
