Hmm I prefer to locate sub(child) modules under parent module
directory. Since it is easier to find sub module for a module.
Anyway, I'll just use "session_pgsql" for now. Module name differ
from actual module name, but names like "mod_pgsql" may conflict
other other modules. e.g. pgsql sub module for auth module, etc.
If you have comment or better idea, let me know now :)
I'll wait a little more committing it.
