-provide a sample script
-translate this error to English
-check if you're have the right php_oci8.dll, make sure it's the dll supplied in the 4.1.0 package and not a dll from an older package.

when use php_oci8.dll,induce error :应用程序 产生了一个应用程序错误 此错误发生在 12/22/2001 @ 19:07:07.838 所产生的意外情况为 c0000005，在地址 00890A6E (efree)处 ;
