new rules from Andi. It would be very good if that lines are formated as:

((equal-ci? (data nl) "octdec") (literal "PHP 3, PHP 4"))

Does look much better than:

+ ((equal-ci? (data nl) "octdec") (literal "PHP3 , PHP4 "))
