You can subscribe the doc-tw mailling list (doc-tw <email protected>), and
then download the PHP Documentation HOWTO, and follow the instruction in
this doc. If you've got any question, please feel free to ask in both
doc-zh <email protected> (SImplified Chinese) and doc-tw <email protected>
