I don't know what is inside httpd.conf (I don't have the right
to read it)
As php3 is already running fine I thought that just replacing
the php binary could be enough. It has the same access rights
and owner, I have copied php in the same place in the cgi-bin
directory.

I'm using Apache on Linux.
